Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

We never sell, rent or trade your email, phone number or any other information. Not to campaigns. Not to political groups. Not to anyone. Ever.

The Efficient Activist (“TEA,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

– When you sign up on theefficientactivist.com: your first name, email address, ZIP code and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.

– When you sign up through a form on Instagram or Facebook: your email address, first name and ZIP code.

– When you visit our website: basic, anonymous usage data (such as pages viewed), collected by Google Analytics.

– When you donate: donations are processed by Zeffy. We receive your name, email and gift amount. Zeffy’s own privacy policy covers your payment details.

How we use it

– To send our free monthly newsletter with one activist action.

– To send text messages, only if you gave us your phone number.

– To share actions and deadlines that apply to where you live, using your ZIP code.

– To understand how people find us and improve our website and emails.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run TEA: Mailchimp (email), SlickText (text messages), Meta (Instagram and Facebook sign-up forms), Google (website analytics) and Zeffy (donations). Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

– Unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

– Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

– Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing theefficientactivist@gmail.com.

Security

We use reputable service providers and limit who can access your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
